Happy Sunday everyone! Before anything, I just would like to thank anyone who is actually taking the time out of their day to visit my website. Simple support like that goes a long way for me and I really do appreciate every single person showing me love. Anyway, onto the blog.

Yesterday, in Hollister, California, I got to shoot my first wedding! Originally, I was just a guest attending the wedding. However, I decided to shoot my Auntie Jill a message and see if I could snap some shots of her special day. "Hey Jordan our photographer says it's ok for you to photograph the ceremony too, she just asks that you don't go down the aisle." That was definitely something I was willing to work with. After receiving that message, I eagerly packed my D750 and 70-200 and waited until the day of the wedding.

Upon arriving at the Leal Winery and Vineyard, anxiously putting my camera together, I immediately started shooting whatever was around me. It was awesome because I have actually never been to a site like this while into photography so I was trying to take photos of literally anything and everything. Just setting eyes on the whole venue was exciting and I began to visualize exactly how I wanted to frame each moment.

From here, the rest of the photos will pretty much be self explanatory (I hope). Shooting my first wedding was extremely exciting. Getting home near midnight last night, I was so anxious to see the photos so I uploaded them as I slept and woke up at 5 AM today to start developing lol. Honestly, photography is not my career choice and path. However, if thats how it ends up, I really would not mind doing this for the rest of my life. But, for now, I'm still focused on starting my own businesses and getting things done how I want to. Stay tuned.

In the meantime, please enjoy the photos below! Congratulations to my Auntie Jill and her husband Chris! Wishing them the best in all of their adventures!
